Sacha Stejko is a photographer renowned for her insightful and deeply evocative portraits that reveal the true stories of her subjects. Born in Ukraine and raised in New Zealand, Sacha was immersed in the country’s film and theatre scene from the age of six. This early exposure sparked a lasting connection to storytelling, one that now drives her to build genuine relationships with those she photographs. Her subjects, in turn, feel at ease, allowing her lens to capture their most personal moments.

A master of stylistic versatility, Sacha’s commercial work spans from artistic visual storytelling to high-energy action. Her photography reflects a passion for vibrant life experiences—whether it’s the focused determination of a teenager striving to represent their country, the delicate emotion of a raw portrait, or the palpable tension of a boxer preparing for the fight of his life. With a portfolio that includes global brands like Opdivo, Standard Chartered Bank, Warner, Spark, Anchor, Adidas, Audi, Bose, and Fonterra, this award-winning and multi-scholarship recipient approaches each campaign with a thoughtful, passionate eye.
